Test the workflow where a mistake matters.

The same model can behave very differently in a support conversation, a private knowledge base or a document queue. Begin with the task and its consequences, then choose the test.

Customer support & service operations

Where it breaks

A policy assistant answers from an old help article. A tool-enabled agent repeats a cancellation after a timeout.

What to evaluate

Test current policy answers, unresolved requests, escalation and duplicate actions. Verify the final ticket or account state rather than the closing message.

Internal knowledge & enterprise search

Where it breaks

An employee sees a restricted document, or two versions of a procedure produce conflicting answers.

What to evaluate

Test source freshness, permission-aware retrieval, answer support and when to say the corpus is insufficient. Include realistic questions that span more than one source.

Finance, legal & other document-heavy operations

Where it breaks

A document model reads the wrong table column, misses a negative value or extracts a term without its effective date.

What to evaluate

Check fields, units, table relationships, evidence locations and conflicting versions. Include unreadable inputs and a route for human correction.

SaaS products & developer tools

Where it breaks

A model update improves conversational style but breaks structured outputs, repository tasks or response-time targets.

What to evaluate

Compare on a held-out task set. Separate quality by workflow, check executable outcomes and capture retries, latency and token usage under recorded conditions.

Serving more than one language or market?

Build the evaluation around the languages, documents and user expectations you actually support. Report results by slice so a strong average does not hide a weak region or a difficult format.

International enquiries are welcome. Working-hour overlap, communication and any restrictions on data movement are agreed during scoping. We do not infer regulatory approval from an evaluation score.

Bring one real workflow to the conversation.

Share the workflow and the problem. We’ll confirm fit, then discuss scope, access, deliverables and cost before work begins.
