All formal evaluation, testing, fine-tuning, or benchmarking services provided by Acadify AI are governed by separate, mutually executed Master Services Agreements (MSAs), Statements of Work (SOWs), and Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs).
Client data handling, access controls, storage, retention and deletion requirements are defined according to the individual engagement and applicable confidentiality requirements, including NDA terms where applicable.
3.0 Intellectual Property & Content Rights
All content on this Website, including evaluation methodologies, research frameworks, benchmark rubrics, code examples, text, graphics, and logos, is the property of Acadify Solution or Acadify AI and is protected by intellectual property laws.
Client models, private test datasets, evaluation telemetry, and proprietary architectures tested during client engagements remain the exclusive property of the respective client, as stipulated in the governing agreement.
4.0 Disclaimer of Warranties
This Website and its contents are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. While Acadify AI uses disciplined engineering practices, we make no representations or warranties that model evaluations guarantee absolute absence of error or flawless operational behavior under every unconstrained production scenario.
