When an enterprise engages Acadify AI for model evaluation, benchmark construction, dataset curation, or fine-tuning workflows:
- Confidentiality First: We execute mutual Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) prior to accessing proprietary models, inference endpoints, test datasets, or architectural schemas.
- No Model Training on Client Data: We do not use client datasets, API endpoints, prompts, or model outputs to train, fine-tune, or calibrate our internal models or any commercial third-party foundation models.
- Engagement-Specific Retention: Client data handling, access controls, storage, retention and deletion requirements are defined according to the individual engagement and applicable confidentiality requirements, including NDA terms where applicable.

When you submit an evaluation scoping form or contact us via email, we collect only the information you voluntarily provide, including:

- Project scope description, capability required, dataset status, and timeline constraints

For client evaluation workflows requiring private networks or air-gapped security, evaluation harnesses can be deployed directly into customer-managed Virtual Private Clouds (VPCs) or executed against isolated client endpoints without external data movement.
